1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our services (including but not limited to online courses, PDF notes, quiz tests, and premium memberships), all sales are considered final.

We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital content has been delivered or access has been granted to your account. We highly recommend reading all available details, course contents, and free previews (if any) before completing your transaction.

2. Cancellations

Since our services are primarily digital and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, cancellations are not applicable. Once a payment is successful, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.

3. Exceptions (Technical Errors)

While our standard policy is strictly no-refund, we may consider refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our website or the payment gateway.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If your payment was successfully deducted from your account but access to the purchased content was not granted within 24 hours, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue amicably. Unwarranted chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in the permanent suspension of your Careermato account.
